COROS watches export standard FIT files through the COROS app. Import into MetricsOverlay and add overlays to your video.
Export: open the activity in the COROS app, tap share/export, choose FIT format.
COROS records heart rate, pace, speed, cadence, altitude, GPS, and temperature. COROS also estimates running power from wrist motion - no separate power meter needed.
GPS accuracy varies by model. VERTIX and APEX with multi-band GPS produce cleaner tracks for the map overlay.
Running power from COROS shows up in the power overlay the same way power meter data does from a cycling file.
