Displays cadence from your FIT file. Pedal RPM for cycling, steps per minute for running.
For cycling: cadence comes from a cadence sensor, power meter, or smart trainer. For running: most GPS watches calculate it from wrist motion.
Running cadence is typically 150-190 spm. Cycling cadence is typically 60-110 rpm.
Interpolation smooths transitions. For running cadence (already fairly stable), the difference between smooth and raw is minimal.
