Displays current speed from GPS data in your FIT file, updated every second in km/h or mph.
Speed is derived from GPS coordinates in your FIT file. Displays in km/h or mph based on your unit preference.
GPS speed can be noisy at low speeds or with poor signal. Interpolation smooths this out. Turn it off for exact per-second values.
For cycling, some FIT files contain wheel sensor speed instead of GPS. MetricsOverlay reads whatever speed value is in the file.
