Requires power data in your FIT file: a power meter (pedal, crank, hub, spider), smart trainer, or running power estimate (COROS native, Stryd).
Shows instantaneous watts each second. Power is inherently spiky - interpolation smooths it. Turn it off to see raw readings.
If your FIT file has no power data, the overlay shows nothing. MetricsOverlay doesn't estimate power - it only displays what the device recorded.
