Multisport watches record all three legs in a single FIT file. MetricsOverlay reads the full file and displays the available data at each point in the timeline.
On the bike leg you get power and speed. On the run leg you get pace. Heart rate runs continuously through all three disciplines.
If you have separate video clips for each leg, add them all. The data syncs based on timestamps.
Works with Garmin multisport watches (Fenix, Forerunner 945/955/965), COROS, and any device that exports triathlon FIT files.
